1 comment(s) 1) There is always a backup on Halsted, and turning onto it from the side streets of Scott & Kingsbury (which don't line up) is dangerous. Then add in a bike lane... The side streets don't line up exactly, making it even more dangerous. The most dangerous turn is from Scott turning left onto Halsted.
