Please add stop sign on Halsted @ Scott/Kingsbury!

Drivers and bikers are all at danger turning off of and onto Halsted at this pseudo inter-section. The side streets don't line up exactly, making it even more dangerous. The most dangerous turn is from Scott turning left onto Halsted. Please sign the petition!!
