165 and 431 Intersection

To Whom it May Concern,
We need a 4 way stop or a stop light at this intersection! We have already lost way too many lives at this intersection! It is a very dangerous intersection and I believe it is on the top 10 most dangerous intersections.
We, the undersigned, agree with this petition and demand something be done to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
