Change the timing at the Sears at 7 Corners

To Whom it May Concern,
Up untill a few weeks ago, the light in front of Sears at Seven Corners used to change when you came to a stop earlier in the morning or late in the evening. There seemed to be a sensor that a car was waiting alone. Over the past week or so, however, the light does not change for several minutes at a time.
We, the undersigned, agree with this petition and demand something be done to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
