Fix the light timing once and for all!

To Whom it May Concern,
The City of Jacksonville thinks it's too hard to adjust the timing of lights so instead they build more and more roads. This petition is to get the city of Jacksonville to wake up, hire a consultant, and fix the problem!
We, the undersigned, agree with this petition and demand something be done to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
